By Train

First, get yourself to Uenoshi (上野市) Station on the Iga Railway. To get there, transfer from the Kintetsu Osaka Line at Iga-Kambe (伊賀神戸) Station...or transfer from the JR Kansai Main Line at Iga-Ueno (伊賀上野) Station.

From the station, it's about a 15 minute walk north:

1. Go out the main exit and from the station-front area, head straight to the bigger road (that crosses the train tracks).
2. Turn left and cross said train tracks.
3. Head straight on this road, you will pass Ueno Park on your left.
4. After passing Ueno Park, walk for a ways and turn left at the second stop light. Joy City will be down the street a little on your right, you should be able to see Okuwa.
