Update Bank Book
From Mie Guidebook
Updating your bank book (通帳記入 tsūchō ki'nyū) is probably the easiest ATM procedure there is.
All you do is hit the button and insert your bank book and it will print out all transactions made since your last update. You don't even need your ATM card!
When making a Withdrawl you can insert your bank book at the "Enter PIN Number" screen, however if you forget to put it in or don't have the bank book on you at the time, this function is a useful way to update the transaction listing in your bank book.
