Northern Mie
- Suzuka : Chiyozaki Beach
- Beach in the north that is very easily accessed by Kintetsu train.
Central Mie

Eastern Mie
- Shima : Kō Beach
- Big beach that is popular for surfing. Site of the yearly Welcome Beach Party.
- Shima : Goza Beach (御座)
- Out on the edge of town, less crowded than Kō.
Southern Mie
- Kumano : Atashika Beach
- Beautiful beach in the deep south. Said to be one of the best beaches in Japan!
- Mihama : Shichiri Mihama Beach (七里御浜)
- Stretches from Kumano into Wakayama-ken. Known for the loggerhead turtles that come ashore there to bury their eggs. Although a sharp drop off and dangerous riptide mean swimming there is not allowed, it is a popular spot for fly-fishing.
