Elimination Game
Similar to a game played at sports festivals.

Materials
Two sets of flashcards Large tape circles on the ground
Directions
Put one flashcard in each circle and tell students to choose a circle. To keep all students from choosing the same circle, tell them that all circles must have at least one person. Once everyone has chosen a circle, draw a card from a flashcard set matching those in the circles. All the students in that circle are out, but they can help you draw and announce the next card. After those students vacate their circle, tell all the students to mix up and choose new circles, including the circle that was just chosen. The card is also replaced into the pile. Continue this until there is one student in each circle, after which students cannot choose new circles. Eliminate the circles one by one, with the last person standing the winner.
