LaLa Square
LaLa Square (ララスクエア四日市), more commonly known as the Yokkaichi Apita, is a major department store in downtown Yokkaichi. It is located very close to Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station and is arguably the most train-accessible major shopping center in all of Mie, making it a popular destination for the many car-less residents of northern Mie.
It was opened in 1991 as a Matsuzaka-ya department store, but was completely closed in the early 2000's, renovated, and "refreshed" as LaLa Square / Yokkaichi Apita in 2005.

Directions
By Train
From Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station, it's about a two minute walk. Take the north exit from the station and head left at the dead end where the Kintetsu Book Center is. After this you'll pass a bunch of restaurants as well as a hotel and then come to a pedestrian crossing. LaLa Square is the large building just on the other side of that crossing.
