The Melting Pot has long been a staple venue for AJET social events and, true to its name, is a great place for JETs, ex-pats and locals to mingle over drinks and music. It's conveniently located 3 minutes away from Tsu-Shinmachi Stn. (Kintetsu) in Tsu and stays open till first trains.

Directions (Train)

Kintetsu

1. The Melting Pot is only a 3 minute walk from Tsu-Shinmachi Stn. This is an express stop on the Nagoya Line so it's nice and convenient to get to.

JR

1. Find your way to the Kintetsu Line. If you're coming from the North, you can switch from JR to Kintetsu at Kuwana Stn. In-betweeners can switch lines at Tsu Stn. Southerners can switch at Toba, Ise-Shi or Matsusaka.

From Tsu-Shinmachi Stn.

1. Once you arrive at Tsu-Shinmachi Stn. exit and travel East (towards the Ocean) past the Snow Drop and Ramen shop. The Melting Pot will be on your right hand side. (Just look for the Christmas lights!)
