  Kenji Yokoe, the main stylist, speaks very good English and has lots of experience cutting foreign hair. Located in Sakae. He can do good colouring but I've found him inconsistent. A couple of times it was really great, but the last time I went, I was so disappointed that I've not been bad. Still, he does good hair cuts.
