Cosmo Clinic

The Cosmo Clinic (コスモスクリニック) is a doctor's office in the Ishishi area of Tsu. It is run by Dr. Sachiko Oda and while she doesn't speak English, she has always been pleasant, relaxed, and patient.
It is open on Thursday and Sunday mornings when most other clinics tend to be closed.

Directions
If coming by train, the closest station is Isehata (伊勢八太) Station on the JR Meishō Line which runs rather infrequently (about once every two hours). This clinic is likely to be more easily reached by car.
