The Mie JAF (JAF三重本部 mie honbu) is a branch of the Japan Automotive Federation (日本自動車連盟 nihon jidōsha renmei) located in Tsu. It is Mie's main JAF branch.
You can get the driver's license from your home country translated into Japanese here. Necessary for getting a driver's license

On Route 23, just north of the Takajaya Jusco.
Alternately, if coming from the north of Tsu, you may be lucky enough to see the sign for the license center pointing up an angled road not far beyond the Tsu Station turn-off. This is the other end of the same road. You can take that road, and the license center will be well sign-posted on your left.
