Tsu Ferry
A high speed ferry runs between Tsu and Nagoya Centrair Airport. The ferry terminal is located at Tsu Ferry Port, and a bus runs from Tsu Station to the Port before each departure. There is also free parking at the ferry terminal.
The trip from the ferry port to the airport takes 40 minutes and costs 2400 yen.

Schedule
From Tsu to Centrair, the ferry departs every hour, 6am to 9pm (inclusive).
From Centrair to Tsu, the ferry departs every hour, 7am to 10pm (inclusive).

Bus to/from Tsu Station
A bus leaves from the JR (East) side of Tsu Station at 27 minutes past the hour, every hour, from 6:27am to 9:27pm. It takes 20 minutes and costs 200 yen. Look for the Sanco bus stop sign near the entrance to McDonald's. The returning bus to Tsu Station will be waiting at the ferry terminal when the ferry arrives and gets to Tsu Station on the hour.
Matsusaka Ferry

A direct ferry will take 45 minutes. The ferry that stops in Tsu takes 1 hour 10 minutes. The cost from Matsusaka is 2700 yen.

Bus to/from Matsusaka Station
A bus goes from Matsusaka Station to the port several times a day. The bus stop is at the Kintetsu exit and to the right, just past a coffee shop and in front of a car rental agency. It costs 100 yen and takes 10-12 minutes. Buses are timed to arrive 15 minutes before the ferry's departure.
