In the immediate area around Kintetsu Tomida Station, accessible by either [[Kintetsu]] or the [[Sangi Railway]].

Once at the station, walk out the new west exit and head immediately left walking between the train tracks and Yokkaichi High School's practice field.  Walk just a few minutes and you'll be at the river.
