Get yourself to '''Tomari''' (泊) Station on the [[Kintetsu]] Utsube Line (which runs out of Kintetsu-Yokkaichi).  It is a very short walk.  Simply go out the station building, turn left and walk away from the tracks.  You will be able to see the shopping center almost immediately.

Get yourself to '''Minami-Yokkaichi''' (南四日市) Station on the [[JR]] Kansai Main Line.  Turn left out of the station area.  Shortly you'll come to a street that crosses the train tracks, turn right here (not across the tracks).  Head along this street for 5 minutes or so (you'll go past a big pachinko parlor and a Kahma Home Center) and you'll see Power City on your left.
